Issuing procedureIn principle, no cancellations or refunds will be made after activation of the virtual
card. However, in the following cases, a refund will be made minus an administrative fee of 550 yen (tax
included).

We have started issuing ISIC Cards (ISIC: International Student Identity Card, ITIC: International Teacher Identity Card, IYTC: International Youth Travel Card) today.
In Japan, only virtual cards (iOS and android compatible) will be issued.
