Cancellation Policy (common to all cards)

In principle, no cancellations or refunds will be made after activation of the virtual card. However, in the following cases, a refund will be made minus an administrative fee of 550 yen (tax included).

・ In the event that the applicant is determined to be ineligible to apply for the card.
・When we determine that the information provided by the applicant is false.

About the ISIC Association

The ISIC Association is a non-profit organization that issues the International Student Identity Card (ISIC). The ISIC card is the only internationally recognized proof of bona fide student status.

Established in 1953, the ISIC card is currently issued to students in more than 130 countries and territories. The ISIC Card is not exclusive. Any student in good standing, regardless of nationality, race, gender, or religion, age 12 or older, can purchase an ISIC card at an affordable price. ISIC card holders enjoy preferential and discounted prices on goods, services, and experiences in all aspects of student life, including software licenses, movie theaters, bookstores, public transportation, cafes and restaurants, and more.

By offering a wide range of opportunities to its cardholders, the ISIC Association aims to play a role in promoting cross-cultural understanding, increasing educational opportunities, and helping to facilitate student life around the world. In this connection, the ISIC Card has been endorsed by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) since 1968. The ISIC Card is managed at the global level by the ISIC Service Office based in Belgrade.
