Cancellation Policy (common to all cards)

In principle, no cancellations or refunds will be made after activation of the virtual card. However, in the following cases, a refund will be made minus an administrative fee of 550 yen (tax included).

・ In the event that the applicant is determined to be ineligible to apply for the card.
・When we determine that the information provided by the applicant is false.

  • ・To identify registrants who have violated the Terms of Service or who are attempting to use the service for fraudulent or unjust purposes, and to refuse their use of the service.

  • ・To allow registrants to view, change, or delete their own registration information, or view the status of their use of the service.

  • ・To bill the registrant for payment of the service fee.

  • ・For purposes incidental to the above purposes of use
Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use) The Company shall change the purpose of use only when it is reasonably deemed that the purpose of use is relevant to the purpose of use before the change.
